Margot's enthusiasm is very contagious. After the soft drink workshop I did not stop fermenting. I immediately registered for the next workshop.

FERM's workshop was packed with information and inspiration. In addition, we tasted a lot of Margot's ferments and a world opened up for me that I did not know before.

Margot knows a lot about fermentation and has the gift to explain this in "Jip and Janneke language" to a group of laymen. We were really impressed and immediately started fermenting at home.
